Our founder, Sahan Kocaer, grew up in a family dedicated to marine engineering, following in the footsteps of his father, Mehmet Sefik Kocaer, who established MGM Motor Jeneratör in 1993. Over the years, Sahan Kocaer gained hands-on experience in engine overhauls and yacht refits, earning a reputation for reliability and problem-solving. When faced with challenges, he became the go-to expert, leading his team with honesty, strong ethics, and a results,driven approach. His vision was clear; to create a company that would be the first name that comes to mind in difficult times, known for conducting business with integrity, honesty and strong moral values.
